If your property does not sell within the specified time period of the plan you chose, you will have the opportunity to be credited for the listing fee that you paid. If you find you need a full service listing agent, we will refer you to a broker in your local area who will list your home for a full service commission. When your home sells, you will be credited the listing fee from the broker we referred you to at closing.
