What
is Realtor.com?
It is the official
Internet site for the National Association of Realtors.
Five times per week, Realtor.com updates its listings
from the MLS. When you post on the MLS, thousands
of potential buyers will see your property on
Realtor.com. They will also be directed to Realtor.com
from many major web portals such as AOL and Yahoo.com.
How
can U$A FLAT FEE MLS
LISTINGS save you money in the sales process?
Until
recently, the only way to post your property on the
MLS Listings service was to post it via a licensed
realtor. That means sellers like you had to
pay a huge listing commission (typically 6%) just
to get your property listed on the MLS listings.
Thanks to recent changes in regulations, you can now
save thousands of dollars--and get excellent results--by
using U$A FLAT FEE to
post on the MLS listings.
If
I do not hire a Realtor to list my home, will other
Realtors still show my home to potential buyers?
Yes, yes,
and yes! Realtors will be glad to show your home to
buyers, since you are offering a selling commission
whether you post your listing via a seller's Realtor
or on U$A FLAT FEE.
Indeed, most Realtors prefer to deal directly with
you, the seller, so they will be glad you posted on
U$A FLAT FEE.
Who
will Realtors telephone about showing my home to potential
buyers?
They will call
you directly to schedule a convenient showing of your
home. We will post your listing instructions
on the MLS, including your name and contact phone
number. Or, if you prefer, Realtors can show
your home by using our lockbox program.
What
is the U$A FLAT FEE lockbox
program?
A lockbox
is a device that stores a key to your home.
Our lockbox program is designed for the times you
need to be away from home, yet want your home to remain
available for viewings. Your lockbox will only
be accessible to you and a licensed Realtor.
How
can I price my home correctly?
A Comparative Market Analysis
is free once you sign up for one of our listing plans.
What
happens when I receive an offer on my home?
When you receive
an offer, make sure you obtain it in writing.
It is also wise to have a real estate attorney
review the offer before you sign it, since it is a
legally binding agreement. Once both parties
have signed the contract, you must fax it to the corporate
office of
U$A FLAT FEE within 24
hours.
Do
I have to pay any commission if my home sells via
the MLS?
If a licensed
Realtor brings you the client who buys your home,
that Realtor will be due the "selling commission"
(usually 2.5%-3% of the sale). However, by using
U$A FLAT FEE, you will have saved yourself
the listing commission a Realtor would have charged
to list your home, thereby avoiding at least one large
commission fee. Click here

What
if I sell my home directly to a buyer, without the
help of any licensed Realtor?
If you
sell your home to a buyer who has found it without
the help of a Realtor, you will avoid paying commissions
to both a listing Realtor and a buyer's Realtor.
Your only cost will be U$A FLAT
FEE's initial, one time listing fee.
How
long before my home is posted on MLS and Realtor.com?
Within 24 hours
of acceptance, your home will be listed on the MLS.
Within 72 hours (maximum), it will be posted on Realtor.com.
Your listing will be available to thousands of realtors
and their buyers, all within a few days.
